TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Samples: samples have a price of 1€ or 2€ depending on the article. The customer will pay the amount of the samples plus the handling and sending cost. Samples will be sent by cash on delivery. Finally, id the order is placed, the amount will be deducted from the invoice.

Prices: 2011 prices could be modified without prior notice if a misprint or changes in rates of exchange and raw materials are found, with the client being entitled in this case to terminate the contract if it is not in agreement.

Taxes: VAT or other any tax that is applicable in accordance with the tax regulations in force at any time will be added to the price.

Payment method: the payment will be through bank transfer. 50% of the total amount when the order is placed and the corresponding budget signed and the rest before the goods are delivered. A 2% discount for prompt payment will be given when the order is higher than 600€.

Delivery time: Orders with no printing can be delivered at the latest in one week. Orders with printing can be delivered in 4-5 weeks normally. Exceptionally, we can negotiate a prompt delivery.

Transportation: Transportation costs add up 15€ per box. If the order amount is higher than 800€ (no taxes inclusive), transportation costs are included in the price.

Claims and merchandise returns: Merchandise returns are only allowed within 7 days from the date of reception (unless otherwise agreed with our sales department). The return of marked products will not be accepted after 7 days from reception, in any case We will not accept return of merchandise that has not been marked or tampered by our company.
Check the goods before marking or manipulating it. For returns you must first contact our sales department. The product must be returned in excellent conditions and with the original packing in perfect conditions as well.

Print merchandise: The customer is responsible for any undetected errors or failures before confirming our digital sample. Therefore, merchandise returns after confirming the digital sample will not be accepted. To get the clichés for the printing orders, it is essential for us to have the logo design in a drawing format (Freehand, Illustrator ...). We also offer the possibility of vectorizing the image and the price varies between 20 € and 40 €, depending on the producing time.

Corporate Property: The corporate property will be LA BOLSA O LA VIDA until the customer pays the total amount of an order.

Agreement: An order confirmation means agreeing with all terms and conditions previously stated.
