Information related to delivery
- What delivery methods do you use?

Our shipments are made through delivery companies, allowing us to adapt to your schedule and availability so that you can receive your delivery of reusable bags at your convenience.
- Do you have international shipping options?

We offer reliable international delivery without any minimum order criteria. Contact us to check the shipping fee applicable for your order. For some countries, shipping is free on orders above €800.
- How long will my order take to be delivered?

The orders of plain, non-printed products from all of the Iberian Peninsula may be dispatched in a maximum period of one week. Whereas, orders of custom printed promotional products may be delivered within four to five weeks. Faster delivery may be provided upon prior request.
- Do I have to pay the shipping charges for my order?

The merchandise travels FREIGHT PREPAID above €800 (VAT excluded), otherwise, it will travel FREIGHT COLLECT. The company will not be responsible for any delays or failure to deliver on the part of the transportation service but will try its best to resolve the issue and help speed up the delivery of the merchandise.
Information related to payment methods
- How will I pay for my order?

The payment will be made through bank transfer and, in the case of customised orders, 50% of the total amount shall be paid upon order confirmation and the rest before the goods are delivered. For customised orders above €600 (VAT excluded), if 100% of the total amount is paid upon order confirmation, the buyer will receive an early payment discount of 2%. For orders of non-printed products, 100% payment shall be made prior to dispatch of the merchandise.

- What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via bank transfer and cash, the latter will only be accepted at our store for smaller amounts.
- What are our payment terms?

In the case of non-printed articles, 100% payment shall be made upon accepting the quote.
In the case of articles with custom printing, 50% of the payment shall be made at the time the customer accepts the quote and the other 50% before the dispatch of the merchandise.
Information on return and refund
- How can I return an order?

To return any unwanted goods, you must first notify our Sales Department. The merchandise must be returned in resalable condition and must still be in its original unmarked and unopened packaging. The logistics costs associated with the return of goods to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer.
- On what conditions can I return an order?

The unwanted goods may be returned as long as you have notified us within 7 days from the date of receipt (except in case of an agreement with our Sales Department). Any unwanted merchandise that has not been tagged will be accepted back if there are any defects in the items or a change of customer’s opinion, however, any merchandise that has been tagged will be accepted only in case of defective items or if there are printing defects.
We will not accept any merchandise that has not been labelled or handled by our company. Check the merchandise before tagging or handling it.
Samples and customised orders
- How much will it cost me to order a sample of fabric bags?

The requested samples of a product from our catalogue will cost from 1 to 4 euros per unit depending on the model and will be delivered, freight prepaid, along with the invoice including the delivery cost of 8 euros. For samples of customised products, please get in touch with us.
- What if my customised order is not what I expected?

The customer will receive a virtual sample before the production of their order is initiated. Any errors or omissions that were not detected before confirming our virtual sample are solely the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, no returns of merchandise after the confirmation of said virtual sample will be accepted. To make printing plates for the orders of custom printed products, it is essential for us to have the logo design in a graphic file format (Freehand, Illustrator, etc.). We can also produce a vectorised version of the image for which the charge would be anywhere between €20 and €40, depending on the time required.
- Can I cancel my customised order?

Customised orders may only be cancelled before their production is initiated, and in this case, there will be a cancellation charge of 20% on the total amount of the product for the design, management and handling costs incurred. This charge will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer. In the event that our company incurs additional expenses for materials, fabrics or other items related to the production for customised orders, the customer will be liable to pay said expenses to our company, and we will thereby send these materials, fabrics and other items to be used by the customer.
- Who has the legal ownership of my product once it is paid for?

All merchandise remains the property of LA BOLSA O LA VIDA until it is paid for in full by the customer.
Once the payment is made, it becomes the property of the said customer.
